Strayhaven Animal Shelter – Greenville’s local nonprofit, no-kill shelter will be holding its 6th Annual “Run for the Paws 5K Run/Walk” fundraising event on October 10th 2026.

This event will take place in Riverside Park and will utilize the Shenango River Trail. Our goal is to have members of our community and beyond participate in the event in hopes of raising awareness and donations for our cause. Strayhaven Animal Shelter provides veterinary care, food, and shelter for the homeless and abused animals of Mercer Country. We run solely off of donations and appreciate any contribution and support!
